Hi Friends:

We have not being in touch with you for a while. We went through a purchase of a home in South Florida and became re established in the USA after moving back from Africa.

Our second oldest daughter Hannah has gone to Pensacola Christian Academy to complete her 12 grade as a boarder. Because our children have been home schooled all their lives, boarding with other kids in the 12th grade is a distinctive treat.

We will be flying Lexy, our oldest, to New York City next week to transfer as a sophomore to Marymount Manhattan College and pursue her burgeoning career as a theater stage manager.

The "emptying nest syndrome" is difficult for Mary and me who have enjoyed God’s blessings of a tightly knit family for twenty years. We are thrilled however to find out how Jesus will mold our children's destinies as they step out on their own.

We are assistant pastors at Doral Vineyard in Miami, Florida, along with lead pastors Ralph and Cathy Gomez. Part of the activity that we are carrying out at Doral is to usher in a work of revival which will impact South Florida.

Genuine revival is not merely a display of the power of God at a specific meeting with specific miraculous results. Rather it is the protracted outpouring of the Holy Spirit week after week, month after month, and even year after year which will impact and transforms a city, a state, a country and even the world.

Mary and I find ourselves actively praying and counseling many who are being adversely affected by the moral and financial crisis which is enveloping the USA.

The Lord has blessed us with a healing ministry. We are in the midst of praying for many who are combating the ravages of cancer and other terminal diseases. We have seen healings in a number of cases and with numerous others precious ones, we continue to battle these diseases along side of them through faith and prayer.

We are blessed to have Carol Steinberg Albanese join our board of directors. She brings an amazing combination of dependability, knowledge of many things pertaining to corporations, finances, legal stuff, and plain ole business savvy. Carol is virtually a jack of all trades and a master of some.

As to our personal ministry, Safari Through the Word Ministries, the Lord is re- launching us once again into our global teaching conferences.

In the month of July we travelled to Ohio to minister in the "Second Annual Ohio Healing and Prophetic Explosion."

In September 23-27 we will have be having a major and unprecedented Navajo Prophetic Conference in Farmington, New Mexico.

We are praying and talking about going back to Kenya in early December for the annual School of Fire Conference in Maasai land where an authentic modern day revival is occurring.

We have our expositional teaching site available with pertinent teachings for the church from the original Hebrew and Greek. These teachings are free and downloadable.

We now have a Yahoo Group for our ministry which you can join for free. We will issue updates, a monthly expositional teaching, and you will have a chance to post comments, opinions or questions about the ministry.

Urgent Vision of the USA as a Wheel Barrow

I just got up from my knees after praying for the USA. I was startled by the vision that God gave to me. It was a vision of America as a wheel barrow. When a wheel barrow is full of dirt a man takes it to a designated place, lifts it up by its handles and empties out the dirt. The effect of the wheel barrow lifted up diagonally and the counter effect of the earth’s gravity on the dirt inside efficiently causes all of the dirt to empty itself out.

I saw the strong hands and arms of the Lord lift up the USA high from its northeast region such as from Washington DC to Maine. The country was hinged down in California so that it could not be moved from its place. When the Lord lifted up the northeast part of the country the rotation occurred diagonally around that hinge.
Everybody who did not have a living relationship with the Lord Jesus just slid down violently towards California, just as dirt is poured out of the wheel barrow. It was impossible for them to hold on to anything they had.

Those that were in the Lord but had a shallow, lukewarm, and worldly relationship were given a horizontal pole to hold on to. They had to grab on to the pole in dear life suspended horizontally in the fierce wind of the uplifting motion. The wind of action of the Lord pulled all of their clothes from them and they were left totally naked holding on to the pole. This signified that God was going to strip them from everything that was not of Him and leave them bare and naked.

Those that had a strong and committed walk with the Lord were given a seat to sit on and a thick pole in front of them to embrace with their arms. When the Lord did the heavy lifting of the northeast part of the country they were safe, secure and unmoved.

Why I Don't Believe in Evolution?

Why I Don't Believe in Evolution? The reason why I don't believe in evolution is that I see human nature in the USA in 2009 exactly as it was thousands of years ago in the days when Israel rejected God as their King and picked Saul instead. If evolution was a reality, we should have evolved into something better. But sin is now as it was then and Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever and mighty to destroy sin to those who come to Him.

1 Sam 8:5 And said to him, See now, you are old, and your sons do not go in your ways: give us a king now to be our judge, so that we may be like the other nations.6 But Samuel was not pleased when they said to him, Give us a king to be our judge. And Samuel made prayer to the Lord.7 And the Lord said to Samuel, Give ear to the voice of the people and what they say to you: they have not been turned away from you, but they have been turned away from me, not desiring me to be king over them.8 As they have done from the first, from the day when I took them out of Egypt till this day, turning away from me and worshipping other gods, so now they are acting in the same way to you.9 Give ear now to their voice: but make a serious protest to them, and give them a picture of the sort of king who will be their ruler.10 And Samuel said all these words of the Lord to the people who were desiring a king.11 And he said, This is the sort of king who will be your ruler: he will take your sons and make them his servants, his horsemen, and drivers of his war-carriages, and they will go running before his war-carriages;12 And he will make them captains of thousands and of fifties; some he will put to work ploughing and cutting his grain and making his instruments of war and building his war-carriages.13 Your daughters he will take to be makers of perfumes and cooks and bread-makers.14 He will take your fields and your vine-gardens and your olive-gardens, all the best of them, and give them to his servants.15 He will take a tenth of your seed and of the fruit of your vines and give it to his servants.16 He will take your men-servants and your servant-girls, and the best of your oxen and your asses and put them to his work.17 He will take a tenth of your sheep: and you will be his servants.18 Then you will be crying out because of your king whom you have taken for yourselves; but the Lord will not give you an answer in that day.19 But the people gave no attention to the voice of Samuel; and they said, No, but we will have a king over us,20 So that we may be like the other nations, and so that our king may be our judge and go out before us to war.

The Navajo Land Healing & Prophetic Revival Complete Update

We just completed our five day prophetic/ healing meetings to the Navajo Nation in Farmington, New Mexico and are now back in Miami, Florida.
The Lord Jesus moved exceedingly, abundantly beyond all of our expectations.On the subject of the manifestation of physical healings there were so many that I have lost count.I think that the most notable miracle was that of a Southern Baptist missionary. This man, probably in his seventies, was led by his son to one of our gatherings. His eyes were absolutely closed shut. He was semi paralyzed and sat in the meeting with his mouth wide open…really with the appearance of a vegetable. This precious saint, suffered not only from blindness for many years, but had Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. After prayer he began to stretch his frozen arms slowly above his head as he waved to the Lord. We told him to open his eyes which were tiny. His iris and pupils were small and formless. As we spoke life into his eyes, shape began to come to them; the iris grew and was lined with blue. He suddenly began to see light and could discern my moving hand as a square in front of his eyes pointing correctly to where I would shift it to.He never that night regained total sight but when he went back to his chair his eyes were formed and partially opened. This saint had been a worship leader for many years and had lost his ability to sing due to the debilitating diseases. I grabbed his throat and shook it in the name of Jesus. Imagine doing that a Southern Baptist! I must confess that he was kind of freaked out. I then told then him to sing. Beautiful songs such as “How Great Thou Art” came out of a wonderful voice. Everybody began applauding.We found ourselves praying for people from 12:00PM to 10 PM straight with a half hour dinner break at about 6:30 every night.The next day, a pastor’s wife came for prayer with glaucoma in one eye. As we ministered to her, the bad eye cleared up right before our very faces and she began to say “Yes, I am seeing, I am seeing!”With chronically or partially deaf ears we saw no less than five people receive the instantaneous opening of their ears. One lady who had left her hearing aid in during our prayers said in Navajo, “You guys are talking too loud!’A brother had his hearing destroyed by a bug that had entered into his ear as a child. As we prayed for him four people saw a spiritual/ invisible bug scurry out of his left ear as his hearing was suddenly restored. Tears came into his eyes.A woman who had lost her hearing as a child regained it and received a healing from a tumor around her ear which had been obstructing the hearing.With skeletal problems we saw so many obtain the immediate relief from arthritis. One man witnessed the pain of many years of Carpel Tunnel Syndrome depart from him.Two wonderful miracles were for one, that of a man who came to us drastically hunched over and twisted, dragging himself on metal braces. He had been in an accident twenty years earlier and had bruised his spinal cord He also had a heart blockage and was due to go to a procedure the next day. After much prayer his back totally straightened up. He left still on the braces but without a trace of a hunch. He came two days later to get some additional prayer. He had gone to the doctor who found no trace of the heart blockage.We prayed more for his back. We walked him around the room minus his braces holding just his hands and barely grabbing his elbows. He had no pain at all. I am convinced that he could have taken off walking but still had fear of doing so after not attempting it for twenty plus years.Secondly, is a dear friend ours who has suffered immensely from rheumatoid arthritis and had no cartilage or meniscus in her knees. She could not stand more than a minute at a time without the effect of intense pain shooting up her legs. She received the beginning of a miracle today. She stood up for nearly ten minutes praying for people and then walked gingerly all the way back to her car. Hallelujah!Other precious ones received immediate relief from cancer, asthma, stomach, intestinal and gall bladder symptoms.Many got words of prophecies that confirmed things from the Lord. Others received the gift of tongues. Many who suffered from broken hearts received a healing. There were at least three demonic deliverances on the carpet of the venue center at the Region Inn. One woman vomited into the garbage can of the conference room as the Lord set her free.We were taken to a Navajo home to prophecy over and bless the land and had a chance to eat freshly cooked fry bread.The Lord connected us with powerful ministers in Native American missions who will join hands with us not only to bring future healing meetings to Native America but our expositional Bible conferences, and seminars on the use of spiritual gifts and the identifying of spiritual ministries.The Lord Jesus was just doing what He always does best…loving people and setting them free for all the world to see.

The Failing ot the Social Security System

Today, Fox News tells us that the SS system is going to run out of money sooner than expected. Though I am not surpised to hear that, what Fox fails to say is that part of the contributing cost to the failure of SS is the abortion of 50,000,000 babies. One generation of payees into this system wiped away. Truly, we reap what we sow.
