What Is The Real New World Order?

Heb 2:5 ¶ For it was not to angels that He gave authority over that world to be, of which we are speaking.

6 For someone somewhere has solemnly said: "What is man that you should think of him, Or the Son of Man that you should care for Him?

7 You made Him inferior to angels for a little while, Yet you have crowned Him with glory and honor, You have set Him over the works of your hands,

8 You have put all things under His feet!" Now when He gave Him authority over everything, He did not leave a single thing that was not put under His authority. But as yet we do not see everything actually under His authority,

Today we hear so much about the new world order and the coming of the Antichrist. In the scriptural account above, the writer of Hebrews tells us that the born again regenerated man has authority “over that world to be”. 

“World” in verse five is the rare Greek word “oikoumene” which describes our globe in the sense of its being inhabited by people. It is the world where life with its differing cultures, languages, habits, blessings, conflicts and disease is dynamically occurring.

As we proceed further through the verse we find the words “to be”. In the Greek this is the verb “mello”; “to come.” This verb is in the present active participle tense which simply describes an event as continuously and constantly coming or arriving without pause or interruption. The kingdom of God comes to us in exactly this same way in Hebrews 6:5.

Hebrews 6:5 and have experienced how good God’s message is and the mighty powers of the age to come, (mello) (present active participle).

The author of Hebrews tells us that the regenerated man in Christ is to exercise continual authority for the glory of God over the affairs of our inhabited planet as he encounters them from moment to moment.

In verse five, the words “He gave authority” and in verse eight the words “He gave Him authority” is the Greek word “hupotasso”. This verb is really a military term signifying absolute hierarchal or rank subjection. An army private is in subjection to a sergeant who is in subjection to a captain who is in subjection to a general who is in subjection to the president. Demons are subjected to believers in this fashion.

Luke 10:20: However, you must stop rejoicing over the fact that the spirits are submitting (hupotasso) to you, but continue to rejoice that your names are enrolled in heaven. 

The believer through the loving authority of Jesus Christ is called to bring the normally and abnormally transpiring events of our inhabitable globe into constant subjection to the will and the kingdom of Christ. 

I just realized that it is not the Antichrist who is supposed to bring a New World order, but it is the believer in Christ who is supposed to do so. Even the Antichrist system as part of the habitable word is militarily subjected to the believer in the will of Christ who can find total success and victory in it.

From this moment on I am repenting of saying that the secular system is exercising a new world order. 

From now on, I will confess, declare and perform that I will exercise a New World Order (The order of the kingdom and will of God) in all the events, difficulties, blessings and hindrances which come my way.

You must do the same. Hallelujah!

Is There Nether or Subterranean World Intercession?

Mary and I work in a healing ministry. I think that the most challenging of all diseases to see cured is cancer. Right now we are in prayer and ministry with about 5 or 6 people who have cancer. We have laid hands on most of them and have seen progression in healing to then see a vicious attack by the enemy and a regressing into the disease again. This shows me that cancer is just not a disease but a spirit, such as poverty. In Africa whenever we prayed for anyone who had AIDS they would fall to the ground and manifest demonically. AIDS likewise is a spirit.

I have busted my head in prayers asking God to show me what the common denominator with all of these people suffering from cancer is and why is there a complete lack of victory over it. The Lord tells us that He will give us good success in all that we put our hands to do in His Name, and this is why I have been so mystified.

Please look we me at the following scriptures out of Joshua and Judges.

Joshua 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make <06743> thy way prosperous <06743>, and then thou shalt have good success.

Judges 14:6 And the Spirit of the LORD came mightily <06743> upon him, and he rent him as he would have rent a kid, and he had nothing in his hand: but he told not his father or his mother what he had done.

Judges 14:19 And the Spirit of the LORD came <06743> upon him, and he went down to Ashkelon, and slew thirty men of them, and took their spoil, and gave change of garments unto them which expounded the riddle. And his anger was kindled, and he went up to his father’s house.

Judges 15:14 And when he came unto Lehi, the Philistines shouted against him: and the Spirit of the LORD came mightily <06743> upon him, and the cords that were upon his arms became as flax that was burnt with fire, and his bands loosed from off his hands.

Judges 18:5 And they said unto him, Ask counsel, we pray thee, of God, that we may know whether our way which we go shall be prosperous <06743>.

Strongs Number 06743 is the Hebrew Word “tsalach” which talks about success, prosperity and victory. It describes intended results coming to pass. In the passages pertaining to Samson in Judges, this “tsalach” victory and prosperity is part of the normal nature, function and anointing of the Holy Spirit. Where the Holy Spirit moves we must expect victory and success and evidence of intended results coming to pass.

As I was praying for these five or six people today and asking the Lord why the “tsalach” anointing of the Spirit was not being manifested in their lives I was blown away by what He told me.
I heard the words, “underneath the earth”.

I ran to my computer and found three scriptures which pertain to things, created things, and men underneath the earth.

Philippians 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;

Revelation 5:3 And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.

Revelation 5:13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.

In Philippians 2:10 the words “under the earth” are defined as the nether or subterranean world. I need to go deeper into prayer about this, but I have no doubt that there is demonic activity of some type underneath our inhabitable world which is nourishing disease upon the earth, especially cancer. More later as I seek the Lord on this.

To finalize with this quick blog entry, I have been likewise puzzled as to why there is a blockage of finances with believers, especially to those who are faithful in their tithes and offerings which come out of a generous heart. The Lord led me to Eph 6:12. Paul presents us here with a picture of activity in the 2nd heavens where the demonic dwells above the earth.

Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

I was shown that finances were being stuck or attached by the demonic unto the walls of the second heavens and must be cut down with the sword of the Spirit which is the rhema Word of God or the voice of the Spirit

Eph 6:17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the (Rhema) word of God:

We see this same second heaven battle in the account of Daniel and Michael the arch angel. In this narrative a demonic host assigned to the land of Persia in the second heavens blocked the answer to Daniel’s prayer for three weeks.

Dan 10:11 And he said to me, O Daniel, you man dearly loved, take in the sense of the words I say to you and get up on to your feet: for to you I am now sent; and when he had said this to me I got on to my feet, shaking with fear.
12 Then he said to me, Have no fear, Daniel; for from the first day when you gave your heart to getting wisdom and making yourself poor in spirit before your God, your words have come to his ears: and I have come because of your words.
13 But the angel of the kingdom of Persia put himself against me for twenty-one days; but Michael, one of the chief angels, came to my help; and when I came he was still there with the angel of the kings of Persia.

I totally oppose and vehemently warn against haphazardly binding and casting down principalities and powers over city as I have seen some do. Everything in spiritual warfare must be done explicitly and cautiously by the rhema word of God. As a matter of fact, this sort of generic spiritual mapping of a region can be downright dangerous. I have never been led to pray like this in the thirty years which I have been a Christian.

I knew a wonderful man of God, a pastor, in NM who would go to Sedona, Arizona, camp out for a weekend, and perform spiritual warfare and spiritual mapping against its principalities and powers. Sedona is the new age capital of the USA. This pastor was found dead in his apartment about a month later, only in his 50’s, of burst intestines. We cannot battle and must not come against the powerful demonic realm of the second heavens in a haphazard fashion by the designs of our mind.

However, we must learn to do surgical intercession by the sword of the Spirit or the rhema word of God which is the voice of the Holy Spirit, not just upon the earth, but in the second heavens and now to my utter amazement apparently within the activity that is occurring underneath the earth. I have no doubt that something under the earth is feeding the plagues of cancer and who knows what else.

Any time that we are going into any intercession, specially the sword of the Spirit intercession, we must cover ourselves and our families and loved ones with the Blood of Jesus. There is no substitute to this! Time must be taken waiting in prayer until the Lord begins to speak specific words which will become our sword.

I believe that the next calling of the Church of Jesus Christ will be second heaven and probably subterranean, nether world “rhema word" intercession if we are to see total victory. This calling to us is one of total dedication and sanctification and maturing unto the things of the Lord Jesus, with no time for the things of this world.

A Special Letter from Jose and Mary Alvarez

Twenty years ago right after Mary and I married, Jesus called me to learn, read, and teach the Bible in its original languages of Greek and Hebrew. The difference in spiritual knowledge acquired from original language studies versus the Bible in English, can be likened to eating sirloin steak to ground beef. For the church to be healthy and strong it must be firmly grounded on a rich foundation of the revelation of the Word of God.

From that, God told us to create a number of original language conferences which treat vital issues affecting the church, but teach them in plain English and for the average Christian. We host these conferences globally as per invitations from churches.

Very frequently God directs us to take these meetings to underprivileged people groups, who do not have the wherewithal to purchase Bible resources, and have little opportunity to grow in its revelational truth.

For eight years in the 1990’s we ministered amongst the Navajo and Pueblo Native Americans Nations of the Southwest. In the 2000’s we moved to Kenya and taught in Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya. In less than three weeks we travel with a team of seven people from Miami, to New Mexico and will teach on the Holy Spirit in a five day Navajo Nation Prophetic Conference. I do not believe that amongst the Navajo people this type of Bible conference has ever been accomplished.

In most cases when Bible conferences are organized, the inviting ministry foots the bill for the guests’ airfares, transportation and lodging. The faith factor in creating Bible conferences for underprivileged people groups is that we foot just about everything. Not only do we purchase our own airfares, and transportation but we provide money towards the logistics of the conference itself.

Our team is in need of money for all of the above. The dynamics of getting seven people on the same flights from Miami to Albuquerque, and back, with about two and half weeks remaining, becomes a Holy Spirit faith issue. Most of us are still praying in our funds in the same way that we have been doing for the last fifteen years. As always, God is faithful.

As I got on my face this morning and sought the Lord for the financial schematic for these upcoming meetings, He told me to post this letter on Facebook, Twitter and our web site, and through it He will speak to people about furnishing the required provisions. This trip is not so much about us, but for the sake of the precious Navajo people, many of them who are so hungry for the Lord, are experiencing a revival, and yet live in great poverty.

God gave me Matthew 7:7 a few weeks back as a theme verse, and so I come to you today asking for finances in the spirit of this scripture.

Mt 7:7 ¶ "Keep on asking, and the gift will be given you; keep on seeking, and you will find; keep on knocking, and the door will open to you.
